As a group of local stakeholders – parents, residents, education professionals, and business owners – Katy Educational Excellence Partners (KEEP) is dedicated to organizing community support to elect school board trustees who are committed to providing excellent public education for all and to maintaining Katy ISD’s reputation as an educational leader.

This year more than ever, Katy ISD needs trustees who:

After asking all 2024 candidates to complete a questionnaire and reviewing answers received, KEEP is proud to endorse Rebecca Fox & Dawn Champagne as the candidates in the 2024 school board trustee election who will best uphold these values.

Ms. Fox & Ms. Champagne each have a long history of demonstrating a commitment to public education and serving their community as school board trustees. We believe that their level of experience and their longstanding relationships with local stakeholders make them the most trusted champions against outside pressure to make rapid, unvetted changes to educational policy in Katy ISD.

It’s crucial that we KEEP these leaders on the Katy ISD school board, as they are our best path toward serving all our families, retaining teachers and staff, and maintaining our district’s reputation as a leader in education.
